Air Life Line is composed of a group of volunteer pilots from across the United States who donate their time, skills, planes, and fuel for free air transportation to ambulatory medical patients. Air Life Line offers transportation as an alternative to regular airlines or other transportation companies, that won't transport patients because of their condition or ability to pay.
