Cancellations and Refund Policy
At Carter Stevens Presents we like to think that we have one of the most liberal refund policies in the entire event industry. Our policy is as follows
Cancellation received at least 90 days before event: 100% refund (less a $50 processing fee)
Cancellation received at least 30 days before event: 50% refund
Cancellation received at least 14 days before event: No refund but we will issue a 25% CREDIT toward attendance at another Carter Stevens Presents event.
Cancellation received less than 14 days before event: no refund
Although we are very liberal we are also very strict about adhering to our policies, no exceptions.
